HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW DO I PAY?
You pay with Credit/Debit Card, You can find the payment methods during the final step of checkout in detail.
DO WE OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
We presently do not offer the option of cash on delivery, as all our products are shipped from overseas.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING DURATION?
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days. Products are now shipped from the warehouse to its destination.The total delivery period is 10-35 business days for our Asian suppliers. Our European and American suppliers takes approximately 5-20 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. A tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given form, proceed to the footer of our website and click on the track my order link, submit your tracking number and the status of your order will be shown.
DO I RECEIVE ALL MY ORDERS AT ONCE?
You may receive items in your order separately because they are sold by different suppliers.
ARE THERE HIDDEN COST OR PAYMENT?
There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Pearsville. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.
